Before you write
Do you work with clients outside Italy?
Yes. Configurator projects run remotely, in English, with scoping and reviews by video call. Our offices are in northern Italy and we work in Central European Time, which overlaps a full working day with Europe and the morning with the Americas.
What should I include in my message?
One product, how it varies (options, dimensions, materials, finishes), which rules constrain those combinations, and what you sell it through. If you have CAD files, tell us the format. That is enough for a useful first answer.
What happens after I write?
We reply within 24 working hours with technical feedback on your product, then propose a short scoping call if it looks like a fit. There is no obligation at either step and no cost for either.
Will I be talking to a salesperson?
No. There are no salespeople here. The first call is with the CEO or the CTO, and the engineer who scopes your project is the one who builds it.
Can I just try a configurator first?
Yes, and it is usually the fastest way to decide. Our live demo runs in the browser with nothing to install and no signup.
